Under the Blue by DavidBollt Under the Blue by DavidBollt
A restless Mermaid finds serenity beneath the waves. An opalescent tail crests like a wave and frames her in a crescent moon. A harmony of pink and blue trace delicate veins of color and pulse like living marble.

Hey David! Still planning on doing this on my wife. We met you in Atlanta at the Convention in 1999 I believe it was and talked to you about doing this piece on my wife's leg/hip/buttocks. We bought a numbered Gei Clay (spelling is probably wrong lol) of this painting from you and had you sign it to my wife and daughter. Love this painting!

Hope to see you again bro. You said you wanted to see the tattoo once it's done so when it's done I'll upload the pics to my Deviant Art and let you know.

See ya duder!

The others were fantastic, but after seeing this, I definately have to watch you. I couldn't have described her any better than your own thoughts entailed. The 'frame' really adds a focus, and the yellow-tinted ball is a great balance and focal point.
